Ministers of the Gospel

Lee and Lauren Saalfeld minister a message of salvation, healing and encouragement in the United States, Colombia, Cuba, and Ecuador.
After graduating high school Lee joined the Navy, serving three tours in Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman. After several “close calls” he returned to the United States to pursue a college education. He continued in the Naval Reserves, retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer.

Lee graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He dedicated his early career to healthcare management, promoting to the position of Hospital Administrator before starting his own insurance and retirement planning business.

Lee’s calling in the ministry is as an Evangelist and to offer encouragement to others to be all they can be in Christ Jesus.
Growing weary of doing it their way, Lee and Lauren dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ in August 1997, and were baptized with the Holy Spirit on that same day. They completed Bible school training at Victory Bible institute in Tulsa, and were ordained in 2005. Their passion is to encourage and train pastors and ministry leadership teams to believe in their calling so they can impact the world for Christ.

Through the evangelistic-based healing services and campaigns the national leaders are encouraged to pray for others.
Lauren’s ministerial focus is on teaching, evangelizing and sharing God’s healing love. She received a Bachelor of Ministry Degree from Christian Leadership University and is completing her Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling and Ministry. Lauren is also a Certified Christian Life Coach. People have been able to relate through the sincerity of Lauren’s life experiences, which have made God’s word come alive and believable to many. She has been equipping believers through women’s leadership and pastoral conferences for over a decade.

Lee and Lauren are currently living in Cuenca, Ecuador. They continue to raise up leaders within the churches. They are ministering across Ecuador, Colombia, Cuba, United States, and have plans to travel to Spain. Lee and Lauren have three grown children and two grandsons.

They are the founders of Knowing Him and Making Him Known Ministry.
